something weird happening - help
SO i tried the demo and I get to the part where it says carve the path for the goddess - I hold R1 my main character runs about 2 inches to the first gate - the goddess takes 2 steps and stops - it then locks out my option to press r1 again and lead her anywhere. she just stands still and the demo wont progress. What is going on here??

I should mention I rebound the controls - let me see if that is the issue

Okay it has nothing to do with the controls - It apparently costs resources to carve the path - which I did not see in the tool tips - I used the expensive villager options and ran out and she just freezes

Okay I was just being super impatient - had to just wait till nightfall to earn more resources and make her move again...

I went through the exact same series of thoughts while playing, don't worry, you're not alone in that lol
I think it could be a bit clearer in the tutorial, either that or we both missed it
