When I try to edit the scene, the Game designer stops and exits. Please help me.

I've been looking for some game making software and this looks awesome. but... £8? That rings alarm bells in my head, surely it can't be very good at such a low price?

Did I waste my time buying this? It looks a lot different to the store page. Also crashes SO much.

I started the program to a main screen without any instruction of what to do! I tried several of the examples and only got 1 to do anything. The others just made the program stop. You have a long way to go on this project before selling it to the public. From what I have seen and was able to make work GoDOT is way ahead of you and it is FREE!
