Above the outside, upstairs balcony of the middle cabin during Party's Over, there is a ring and a necklace sitting next to what looks like a destroyed bird's nest with an intact egg. (You have to move the pizza slice pool float which is on top of them and is visible hanging over the edge above you.) If you stand on the chair or table there and jump you can see them. This is on the side facing the unfinished cabin. I can't pick them up and I can't get up there to stand next to the jewelry so I've been trying to jump and grab, which also doesn't work. Anyone else found those? They show up on cleaner sense, like every other stealable item.
