achievements/skills arent working

i wanted to complete all achievements, but even tho i pick locked lots of doors, i still have only 1 counted, this is the same for a lot of other achievements, for the achievements about completing a heist stealth or loud, the count isnt correct and so on.
Same is for some skills, even tho i have completed "communication delay" at level 2, i still got only 15 seconds.

Some skills, Communication Delay for instance, use the host's skill level. If you join someone else' game and they do not have the skill, it will still be 15 seconds, even if you had rank 3. If you are hosting and its still 15 seconds, that would be a bug.

well im playing always with 2 friends, the one hosting has it at level 3, and he has 25 seconds while i dont
