had this issue too, also its the same issue on dmc5 i think they didnt do borderless window right

Use Special K [www.special-k.info] if nothing works. I am using it for 100hrs and many other games and it never let me down.
Open the ingame overlay and open the mouse section and adjust to your preference. Would always recommend using Special K if you are playing older games
