i think this game is underrated, but not for the reasons you think.

don't get me wrong, the gameplay loop gets so old, so fast. pressing triangle to win is super brainless. kinda like this is catering to children?? Anyways. i don't think this is an unpopular opinion, but i could give less of a crap about the disney worlds, they're just filler. most of the worlds feel so big and empty and most of the time i get lost. When does this game get good? when you beat it. Lol

Sounds like i'm completely ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on this game so far. but thank the lord that this is a unreal engine game and because its ported on the pc, it's actually super easy to mod. you can get a bunch of quality of life mods that make the collecting actually fun. that being said, trying to collect achievements is actually worthwhile and rewarding. and surprisingly, even after you've done everything in the base game in terms of min-maxing your stats. the dlc is actually presents some sort of challenge that actually attempts to cater to more serious kingdom hearts fans, aside from that, the dlc is lackluster in terms of content it adds since it just adds more cryptic and confusing story that probably will make sense when kingdom hearts 4 comes out in another 10 years.

anyways i really enjoyed my time collecting everything, getting the ultima weapons, even grinding the mini games. yozura is a very fun boss fight, you can cheese it easily tho!! i kinda think the ez codes/pro codes things being behind achievements kinda sucks cus i do not want to play this game again. for reference, i did everything in like 75 hours because i skipped the cutscenes since its my 2nd play through x) but yes this was a worthwhile experience. xion is pookie

this game is just a giant bad techdemo, story sucks, the worlds DO NOT fit into the story that is alraedy established by the other games of the franchise, everything feels rushed, bosses do not feel unique, about 95% of this game just feels wrong, if you want to paly kingomd hearts just play KH1, KH2 and Birth by sleep and stop after that, just watch a tldr of this game on youtube, its not worth your time
