There is an old man north of the fishing spot (on the bridge) in the park in Megista. He sells better fishing bait and the fishing rod.

I got the fish, went to Snoozie and we gave the fish to her cat. Now I have the cat and quest says I am supposed to search inside Megista until the cat meows at something suspicious. I've been all around the city with no meows. Can you help?
