This game and "Tavern Manager Simulator"

The two look... suspiciously similar. Do we know if these two are the same game with a few assets swapped? Even the cover art is basically the same with a few different keywords in the AI prompt. I really enjoyed First Pints, but seeing this other game that looks almost identical is making me hesitant to spend money on an asset flip game....
