Voyagers of Nera

Voyagers of Nera

bugs and exploits
hello hello i played the game 2 times for 18 hours, and here is my feedback, i love the concept and graphic style, love the idea of it. but there are some stuff i was curious about thought ya'll should know. i like the idea of gear integrity and it does add some challenge to the game but did you guys know if you drop any low durability gear or broken gear and pick it back up, it fully repairs it. Construction i thought maybe ya'll should add a type of building integrity due to height, as for a bug or unintentional result, buildings seem to stay afloat you can almost build a floating base without a base aside from rooms, also the trees i notice when you chop down a tree it only disappears but it seems to still be there and an invisible tree blocks projectiles. another bug is in the crafting bench when crafting arrows example: cost 1 wood 1 stone to craft 5 arrows, but if you try to craft in bulk crafting will consume stack of wood and stone and still only produce 5 arrows. 1 wood + 1 stone = 5 arrow, 5 wood + 5 stone = also produce 5 arrow. lets see what else, setting a despawn timer to dropped items, i have collected from loot storage around the map and have dropped stuff i didnt think i need and i go back to reloot respawn and items i dropped are still there. aside from the minor bugs and repair exploit the game itself is fun. good luck on your game looking forward to early access or release to explore more monsers, more ocean creatures, bosses, constructs. :steamhappy:

You can get rid of items by putting them in the containers in the world. They reset their inventory from time to time, including deleting everything that was in them.

You find so many torches, wooden clubs and boat repair kits in them. If they would be blocked from resetting if you left those in, you would get your inventory full of trash so quickly.

Thanks for the kind words and the bug reports!

We have fixed some of these in an upcoming build, but I'll get the rest into our backlog :)
