The so-called Hero Siege 1 is still a Diablo clone. Hell, the Beta branch is version 5.x.x, I think the last version to use the original gameplay was 1.3.x.x.

The original Hero Siege was a twin stick shooter RPG with roguelite elements. And there's no way to play it legally anymore.
