Subscriptions and disgusting micro transactions the game IS SO GOOD AND RUINED BY IT SUCH A SHAME.

The game is a great little ARPG. If you're looking for something with a Diablo 2 vibe, great pixel art, and crunchy skills, it's fun.
The game is old, and the dev has made certain things DLC purchases, which I don't hate. I bought the class I wanted and had a good time.
However, if you're playing coop, there's a glaring problem my girlfriend and I couldn't get around.
Your ally AOEs use the same danger-warning circles as bosses.

Meaning, during a boss fight, when the boss is about to do an AOE, the visual warning it gives you is the same one used for your ally abilities.
There's a setting to change the opacity of ally abilities themselves, but the danger ring shows up fully regardless of that setting.
There is no way to hide it.
If this setting changes, we'll come back and play the game.
But as of right now, bosses are unplayable with multiple players due to not know what circles are hostile and what are friendly.
