when i press play it comes up with this error

Couldn't start:
"D:SteamGames
D\steamapps\common/PANICORE\Panicore\Binaries\Win64\Panicore-Win64-Shipping.exe" -d3d12
CreateProcess() returned 2.

It doesn't matter what directx i use, i have added the game as an exception and allowed app on my antivirus, updated my drivers, verified integrity of files (when it does this it says there is a missing file and updates the game but after it finishes it gets stuck on disk write error and i cant launch the game), and i have reinstalled the game is both drives that i have.

any help is appreciated
