[Error] No Valid Sound Device Detected?

The game can't launch and always ends with a popup message saying 'No Valid Sound Device Detected'. I tried reinstalling DirectX, but it didn't work. Does anyone know a solution?

I had that too ages ago in Dynasty Warriors 8 Empires after i alt+tabbed out of the Game it happened.

Try to start it in Windowed Mode.
or
Make Sure that you have only 1 Sound Device Activated (example Only your Headset and not Speakers)

It's been a long time since i had that and i don't know anymore of those Two options work.
