I think we could use some "easy win" achievements to help smooth out the early game frustration
Like I mentioned before, the scaling seems out of wack for how powerful the player can be with just modifications, luck, and RNG. Maybe we could add some "easy win" achievements that reward a certain level of research points, before going all-in on the lengthy, long term achievements?

Could be something like "Multi-Arms Master" for equipping a certain variety of mods, "Spice of Life" for slotting in certain numbers of mods, and "Determined" for starting a certain amount of runs in general. There's such a huge scarcity of meta upgrades and as others have said, the scaling goes wack too fast, especially with the end boss even with optimized builds for what power is available.

This could also be a way to help tutorialize the game, by giving achievement pop-ups when you do something (even in-game progress bars) to incentivize the player into doing these things, if they're not naturally pointed to it.
