Why can I see enemies health bars through walls? Is there a way to fix this?

recently i got a new laptop and tried to play this game again when i remembered that this doesn't have a cloud save, so i'm wondering if there's a way to transfer the save files from one device to another cause i don't want to lose that 60 hour progress i had on my previous device, if there's anyone know how, please kindly tell me...
