On the other hand, idling the time away with one monk researching while another brews, and sells repeatedly and you pass the time replacing candles and sweeping the floors is pretty boring.
I think the game has potential but needs a bit more going on to keep people interested. Right now there really isn't any need for more than two monks. On my second playthrough I recruited a third monk and most of the time that just meant one of them wasn't doing anything.
I like the brewing concept but it leaves a lot of downtime. Games like Stardew Valley find ways to fill the time while you wait, which I think this will need.
Just never stop brewing and selling, accept contracts, and you're golden. I mean, florin.
