We've got a content update! Just not in game-form...

We're so glad that so many of you have enjoyed our game! We've heard your inquiries about more content, and while our dev team is unable to make more content for the game at this time-- we've decided to make weekly comics for the rest of the summer!

So far, we've released 6 comics, topics ranging from Daryl and Kyle's friendship, in-game hilarity, and a little bit more about Kyle. Stay tuned for one every week, releasing on Thursdays!

That’s right, it’s update time! We’ve been hard at work on these additions, so read on!

The WereCleaner is now fully playable on Mac! This version has feature parity with the Windows version and will receive future updates at the same time. Both Apple Silicon and Intel Macs are supported, although we recommend at least an M1 Mac for the best experience.

Sadly, you cannot play the game on Steam due to Mac's Permissions, but we've released it here on the Mac App Store!

This game update addresses lots of bugs, big and small. In many cases, these fixes improve the experience for both Mac and Steam Deck players! Wow!

Many of these bugs were also found and reported in our Discord community, which happens to be a super sick place that you can join right now![discord.gg]

- Adjusted UI Screens to support taller aspect ratios
- Added additional names to the credits
- Added trash ball counter to mobile (shoutout to Jay in Discord)

- Fixed an issue where tool key prompts would eventually desync
- Improved resolution scaling options
- Fixed various visual glitches with dropdown menus
- Fixed incorrect mess bar offsets during gameplay
- Fixed a visual bug where the power washer would break in the elevator
- Fixed a visual bug with an endgame reward
- Fixed an issue where NPCs in Level 1 would get stuck while carrying a trash ball
- Fixed an issue where achievement progress was lost between updates

It has been 1 week since The WereCleaner released and we have been blown away by all the love and support. This game has been a passion project for almost a year, so it is incredible to see so many people play the game and share their experiences with us. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

We've made a public community Discord server! Stop on by to watch speedruns, hear about the latest updates and lore drops, chat with the devs and kill your coworkers.

Our first game update is live! Nothing crazy has been added for now (let us cook...) but we've addressed many small issues.

• Added a 'Delete Save Data' option in the Settings menu
  
• Added the game's logo to the Main Menu
  
• Added a link to the Discord server on the Main Menu

• Improved mess bar feedback on overlapping messes
  
• Fixed a controller bug when navigating between pause screens
  
• Patched an exploit for multi-step achievement progress

Some people have asked if we will release on mobile, and the answer is...

We already have, and you can play it now on iOS! [apps.apple.com] This is the entire game, fully playable from start to finish, on your iPhone or iPad! As with the Steam version, the mobile version is totally free without ads.

And for Android users, we're currently testing an Android port! We aren't ready to release quite yet, but we will be conducting a large-scale playtest in our Discord server (hint hint). To release on Google Play, we need 24 testers to play the game, and we'd love your help when we're ready!

First of all, we have a roadmap of additions and bonuses that we're already working on:
