Unable to activate

I purchased this today and am unable to activate it.

"Connection failed"... etc

Have you problems with your server?

yes. currently we have a power failure in the server farm. Will be fixed asap. ... Very sorry.
Please work in Demo mode for the moment.

Hi, I have also found that I am unable to activate, and have not been able to get in contact to activate by phone (says number does not exist)

On the server side, there is no technical problem. Phone number is +49-721-91510-500 and customer service is available at support@topware.com

Hi again. I've tried the number you gave, and had to select the program I wanted to activate. All the options available were for games (no ParticleGen), so I still cannot activate :(
