Fellow gnome-lovers,

We see your complaints about the performance, so we are planning to do an optimization update soon! We're working on another game which will be available in August. After that, we can get to Gnomber and do a large rewrite of the physics system which will address all the FPS and lag issues. We will also do some balancing, quality-of-life changes and settings for graphics and input mapping. Expect a big update in September.

This patch is just a quick fix for some urgent problems:

• Disabled vsync on all systems. We will add a vsync option to the game this week, but since lots of people have been getting FPS drops, this is a quick fix that can improve it for some.
  
• Lowered limits to some level up perks like Ball Magic and Morning Star. They were too overpowered for both the game balance and your CPU when you had 16 of each, spawning hundreds of particles per second.
  
• Fix Gnampire deaths from hunger not counting towards unlocks
  
• Fix crash that sometimes happened when the Gnombie died and started respawning with an uncharged bomb in hand
  
• Fix very rare potential crash when placing a bomb which was despawned by the game
