Do you have a 120hz monitor? you may need to limit it to 60, we have confirmed that it works on win7, 64bit so that isn't the issue here.

From another thread: "Go to your GPU control panel and set the "Preferred refresh rate" to "Application-controlled."

RefleX is not compatible with refresh rates higher than 60. So if you're using a 120 Hz monitor for example, the game will not run unless you change the above setting.

If you don't want to make that change globally, you can make a profile for RefleX in the control panel and change it for this game only."
