I just bought the game and had the screen resolution was way too large, i think it autoselects the top option in the list which is 4k

The Fix:
1. press escape, this opens the options menu
2. press the down arrow key three times, the options menu should switch to the graphics options allowing you to change to a smaller resolution
if you cant see the confirm option, the arrow keys navigate the options and enter is to confirm, but when i tested pressing the right arrow key once followed by enter worked to get the confirmation screen
3. the game will ask to restart, do so

i am not sure if i could see the 1080x1920 option immediately, but if you select any smaller option first you can then actually get a usable resolution and pick the correct one
