A issue just started today where when I start the game the screen cuts in and out and I get a "No Signal" message from my monitor.

As so as I all tab out of the game the issue stop. Go back in to the game and its starts up again. I have been playing for over two weeks with no issues prior to this.

I have tried reinstalling and verifying integrity. Any help would be great.
