Peace with Factinos , Please HELP ..

I mistakenly attacked some vehicles belonging to some factions, now I can't complete the missions anymore...
How can I make peace with the factions.. please help, this is so boring.

I recommend installing Community Remaster. There are mostly many bugs fixed in the game, you can install full-screen mode without any problems and new HD models have been installed on the cars.
