SINGLE PLAYER

In the description it says this is a co-op game, however on the side of the page it states it's also for single-player. Is it?

However, I wonder how the game actually works if a player wants to play solo - switching between both dogs, the other dog AI controlled, or playing as just one dog alone? (I assume not the 3rd option as the game is likely designed around co-op between the two dogs)
