HELP! Connection issues with TTS multiplayer

I've recently changed internet provider and can no longer join or host multiplayer games. I've tried a number of fixes including port forwarding but the game crashes when I try to join a match or crashes for my opponent when they try to join my game.

Any help is appreciated as this is very frustrating.

What do you mean by "game crashes"? TTS or the loaded boardgame/table?

Most common causes of this are not updating to newest versions of steam/tts. As above, run file integrity check.

Updating Windows and OSX also breaks things, but we need more information about whats happening and what you have tried.
