Hard Truck: Apocalypse Rise Of Clans / Ex Machina: Meridian 113

Unhandled exception Minidump could not be written
Been having trouble trying to play this game and it's counterpart.
Tried a lot of the "fixes" but most have broken links or seem to be for an older version telling me to look for files that simply don't exist. For example .gdp files.

One thing I noted though is that this version actually creates a proper dump file for an unhandled exception unlike the first game in the series. Problem is I have only a vague idea of what I'm looking at and therefore have no idea what a fix action would be for this. It reads as follows:

I have little idea of what exactly went wrong here, other than it almost looks like it can't get any virtual memory for some strange reason as if its all being used up. This als olooks strange to me as my computer has 16 Gigs of ram. Usually it has about 55-65% of that free and yet it looks like 4 Gigs is all it sees. I assume that is just some arbitrary limit the game has.

There is also a proper game log file. But I have found that to be difficult and troubling because it shows a bunch of errors loading various files that it cannot find and I have no idea which, if any of them, are the true reason for the crash.

worked fine on first launch, after that it keeps doing that.
