Warning For Steam Deck users. This game did work at launch but now no longer loads. It did work well previously so this is a shame

It's definitely worth the upgrade from Tennis Manager 2022. The difficulty settings alone have made the replays a lot more fun. Even on "average" I cannot seem to get to #1, until I really grind on those skills. And the outcomes of matches can be affected by a lot of things: form, morale, injury, energy, surface mastery, all the skills. This makes it that much more exciting with your player starts to ascend to the towards the top and starts going against the "real world players." I'd advise on getting the real players mod if you can.

Depending on the processing/graphics power of your PC/Laptop, it does slow down around 2030-ish and even more when you sign more players into your academy. My workaround is that I ignore any of the academy objectives about signing more players, since you really can only "coach" one at a time and you'd hire a coach NPC for that new recruit if you're staying with your starting character.
