I have returned to RON after a two year absence. Upon starting my first CTW campaign I was able, apparently to do everything except build. I am not able to find the interface to allow me to build anything. I have looked all over the screen and can find no way to bring it up. I have pressed every icon and building and cannot find it. I never have had this problem before. I don't know whether it's a glitch or something I've forgotten from my previous experience. Appreciate any help. Thanks...

I have been playing one of the campaigns (Greek) and one of the missions I got on attack was to use mercenaries. You start with a group, a general and a fort. The goal is to stockpile 1.1k of each resource via plundering and it says in the hint to hire more mercs at your fort. However, when I go to the fort I have no options to recruit any mercenaries... Only recruit a general and a couple upgrades... However they are all grayed out because they say they require library research. It wouldn't be a big ...
