I found workaround, diable every pause in "Game" tab in options, and avoid pausing game, thats causing crash when someone fires a bullet. I suggest to set time to 0.4 instead of pause, you can still use pause from time to time, just dont spam it.

Also i used that small hill on the right from the spawn with 3x AK74 and SVD. Just let them come and snipe them there, they rarely respond from greater distance.
