Over this last month, it's been primarily focused around the aussie convention season. With most of the team having travelled over to Melbourne for PAX Aus, and Sydney for SXSW.

It was wonderful getting to see so many new faces and putting Blood Reaver in the hands of thousands of people. Now with nearly 6k Wishlists and over 200 community members, we can firmly declare the convention tour was more of a success than we could've ever imagined!

It was great getting to discuss possible ideas and directions for how the characters look, or potential weapons and style of gameplay; so while a lot of what we have planned is pretty set in - some suggestions may filter into the game...

On top of the great events, we got to meet a plethora of other game developers from around the country and even some from overseas! Throughout this journey, the support from others in the industry has been pretty cash money $$$!

South Australian game devs meet up at GCAP!


Over the last year, we've been striving to get the best version of Blood Reaver we can, and along the way, that's led to us updating a lot of material around how we've been promoting the game. Some might've noticed the new capsule art and banners that we've been using to promote on our socials - going forward, we want to lean into this aesthetic even more.

So while development of the game continues to steamroll ahead, we'll be posting a shorter monthly update next time to detail some of the goals and plans we have for the next period of development. Though, do keep your eyes peeled for events in Adelaide early next year.
