I'll report in-game as well, but is anyone else having the prematurely force-closing quest window bug?

It happened once and I ignored, but now has happened several times.

I'll be doing a side quest with multiple choices to pick from; I click one and quest window just closes , returns me to standard truck view.... quest gone from log and no longer on map screen.

At least in the most recent occurrence of said bug, I gathered from testing that I picked a fail scenario for the quest; however there should have been an additional quest screen telling me what happened as a result of my choice. Worked correctly after 2 quick loads and re attempt's. Obviously some clash or error is causing the final screen/description of the failure results to not display, making it a bit confusing.
