Let us change equipment during a battle.

Even if it costs us our attack phase! There are far too many monsters that exist to body certain builds, but I can't counter them without falling prey to their high HP/attack friends who might also spawn at the same time. Example: Magic build and here comes a Wizard Skeleton with a Slorn. I can either choose to insta-wipe the Slorn with my Insight and let the Wizard whack me unchallenged for 10 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ turns or I can swap to a physical weapon I carry around at the start and the Slorn will...

Why the death messages?

Magic character vs Magic Shields

What are you expected to do as one of the magic characters if the enemy that gives everyone magic shield uses its ability first turn, aka before you can even attack? seems like an impossible situation since you can't really outlast ten whole turns of three enemies going at you....

The game launched in a resolution I don't have (3200x1800) and I can't click the button to go to options and change the resolution. There doesn't seem to be any sort of settings file in the game folder either.

How to beat Prelude on any character ( except that dude that doesn't use weapons).

This guide is a high level how to beat the prelude with any character except the no weapon guy ( Tyr I think). Even the magic guy, just get a melee weapon and go from there.
