Yeah it's a damn shame, i would love these games on Steam, the closest we could get is if Microsoft releases the Rare replay collection on Steam which included the original Perfect Dark, but i don't think they will release it on PC at this point.

I guess because it's old and there doesn't seem like there's much fan demand for it, and maybe because it's like 30 plus games it would take a lot of effort to port them and make sure they run on your PC. The Halo MCC was only like 4 or 5 games and they acted like that was a monumental challenge for them to port over, so i guess there's not much incentive.

Really i would only want ports of Perfect Dark, Goldeneye and Conker's Bad Fur day anyway, i would only play those games from the collection lol

Yeah, i'd love rare replay on steam. I don't reckon it's coming though.

They might bring them since they are starting to release alot if their games on pc like Halo series Minecraft story and other titles, if they do bring them out hope they fix the online part it was really bad on the 360 and xbox one edition.

Personally, I find it hard to get excited for a new title when I don't even have access to the original games first.

you can easily play the game on emulator though

But thats not the same having to set up the emu and controls and deal with glitches, etc.

its most definitely not 60fps.

tbh I've been interested in playing the original for a while but the N64 version runs like actual trash and I am not a kid who can tolerate low frame rates as much anymore, and i do not want to use my Xbox anymore. A Steam release would be nice.
