Why isn't there a PC port of the remaster of Goldeneye?
You could easily port it there.

Nintendo still has some ownership rights. This is why the Goldeneye remaster took a long time to come out on Microsoft's gaming console. There is Goldeneye Source and it's a free fanmade multiplayer arena shooter.

Agent 64: Spies Never Die. It's another fanmade shooter that pays homage to Goldeye.

And I'm guessing EON and Danjaq still want to keep control over what can be ported where.


But the presence of Goldeneye on the Xbox One and Series should be enough to get a PC port.

Yeah, they shouldn't call it Remastered.

Hell, the NSO version is also merely emulated.

Source is completely a fully fledged remake.
