I thought this game was going to be exclusive to Series X?

I haven't kept up w/ the news so maybe I missed something but I thought this game was going to be a Series X exclusive or is that just not a thing anymore w/ Microsoft merging their games w/ pc more?

It's coming to both PC and Xbox consoles. Still exclusive to Microsoft.
