Access to "The Homeward Fleet"
When do you get access to the Homeward Fleet campaign?
Do you have to solve all puzzles in the Atropos Station campaign first?
I've solved everything but the last (and got the mission conclusion), but still no Homeward Fleet...

(According to Steam my version is up-to-date, but I'm not sure where I would check it in-game, to verify...)

Have you gotten the mission conclusion screen for both The Heist and Production Zone 1?

I know I didn't have to beat every mission for Atrops Station.

Heist is completed, but for Production Zone I still have 3 open.
So, should I finish those first?

I think you just need to finish enough of production zone to get the mission complete checked at the bottom.

Dame, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ 8 years since i finish ep9 till today i find there is still ep10.
i had the same question with you. i finish all quests but i still have no access to ep10.
the Solution is : listen mission conclution in both ep8 and ep9, so you will have access to sp10
