Easiest Farmer + bosser and delves low apm ?
cant play spammy classes that triggers carpal tunnel syndrome so what would u recommend ?

[Swap-able Fierce Gem & Melee]
Melee Boomeranger - 360 degree attack, the cyclone does the job
Knight - Fast attack-move (Class gem ability is bad for spamming)

[Bow]
Shadow Hunter - Just left click, or you may not like the class gem effect

[Arcane Gem, Magic]
Tomb Raiser - Passive minion spawn

You can configure a secondary key for lmb and rmb actions. I found some keys that relax my wirsts and hands and play without any pain. You may give it a try.
