My account was suddenly banned
My account was suddenly banned , and my friends' accounts were also banned at the same time, Then I ask customer service，They replied that I was participate in a game bug,so i got banned, wtf ??,I'm so confused!? I haven't done anything bad! The only thing I've been doing these days is farming event for snow with my friend.
I've never been participate in any game bugs! I swear to God!!!
I've been playing this game for almost a year and it's the first time this has happened
It makes me feel like this is all for nothing! I need an explanation :(

You have a game ban on record, hard to believe you didn't try anything.

You likely had duped items on you.

dudes ban was years ago. what? some people are so salty. I already know ur gonna check my account yeah I've got a ban apparently recoil macros are frowned upon which I was unaware of prior to that ban

True, but someone could also participate in a bug while having genuinely no idea, thats why its a bug and not a feature or a hack.

I was permanently banned without knowing that I had bought something against the rules. My account was like this. It's obviously a very stupid behavior. Someone broke the rules to get the items and then sold them on the market. As a result, the seller wasn't punished but the buyer was. This is a trash game. I lost my account which I had played for over two thousand hours. This is my favorite game and my level ranking was in the top 100.zzzzz:steamthumbsdown:

Do you get warning?
Temporary ban before?

It should be permanent ban instantly without good reason or a way to appeal, because it can make players insecure about their account get permanent ban since this game is MMORPG and so grindy.
