90% gpu? unreal engine? wtf?

Steam says I have 450 hours in the game while the requirements for the game are 384 hours. Do all the hours have to be in a single session or something? Does the game have to be in focus for hours to count? The achievement progress appears to be stuck at 14488 for me. Anyone have any ideas what's going on here?...

how do I get drops? I clicked for a time but nothing

Currently it runs in full screen on my primary monitor. I don't mind letting it run on my other monitor while I watch movies or play a different game, but not cool taking over the primary monitor.
