Overhated and underrated. Good game for movement-oriented players. I prefer other Rockman Titles but not that bad.

Genuinely don't understand the hate for this game. The extent to my dislikes were graphical glitches. And even then the quality of Might number 9 is outstanding.

Game-play stands out most, somehow every attack has value in Becks toolkit. I enjoyed the process of mastering every boss power up which came naturally through game play. Combined with tight action and great platforming, this game compiles the best aspects of platforms while still adding amazing twists. I also cant sleep on the speed you can find here when you're in a flow state as Beck. His ability allows action to flow which is very rewarding.

Story is generic but in a comforting way, characters have charm even if they don't have philosophical depth. Every character felt useful. and I enjoyed the set up for a follow up game which never took effect.

Visuals and audio are great, 35 models look great but some moments do suffer visually. But overall I found this art style very cartoonish and personally growing up with this, it was fun and charming.
