If you're not capable of seeing how much of an influence Twin Peaks was on Life Is Strange I don't know what to tell you. Rachel Amber is clearly a massive reference to Laura Palmer, the seemingly sedate small town hiding dark secrets is also clearly inspired by Twin Peaks. And then there's the graffiti on a mirror referencing a key repeated phrase from the series and the name of prequel film. None of this is coincidence.
