I got this game after watching a YouTube video on version 2 and so far It's been very enjoyable. Haven't tried the 2nd one yet.
Not saying that its mechanics could use a revamp, But the entry price for getting both games leaves no room for complaints. The game looks good and enjoy the 1940's gangster vibe. Plays great on the deck!

Yeah the first one does play way better with a controller since you can only shoot left and right. In the second one, you have to aim using the right stick and push a button to shoot, I don't like that one bit, rather have twinstick or use M&K.
