1C ,you need to....
whip all your devs into adding Trading Cards to the games you publish.
I don't buy "most games" these days unless they also have trading cards.
I have a huge backlog ,if it has cards i'll think "ok ,why not " ,but if i see "no cards" then usually i will quickly move on.

many gamers do that....
personally i dont mind no achievements most of those game run without the steam needed to run , thats why i bought the game , anyway it needs the client ( and has no achievments?)
strange .... but this is the last game i got.... other games i have from shaman do run on their own once installed by the steam client , the game can move to any folder and is not forced to be in the default folder where steam is installed : ? \steam\SteamApps\common where the ? = the drive name/letter like t or S or J ....
