How do I use my controller?

Every time I try to use my PS4 controller through the "change device" section in "controller setup" menu. It won't allow me to input any binds, even though my controller is USB connected and works on most other compatible games. Also this game is supposed to be full controller supported? Should I be using a different type of controller?

i use an xbox controller and that works fine
before i used a ps3 controler and for that i just had to download a driver
so im not intierly sure, good luck

Download DS4Windows, if your using a PS4 controller, then go into settings of DS4Windows and checked hide DS4 Controller. Should work. Worked for me

DS4Windows kinda works, it puts in another player though for some reason

You can juse a X-box conttroler

Steam is supposed to take in charge PS4/5 controller now but

I havent played the game yet, but I've tried my PS5 controller and works fine, I didnt use any software like DS4Windows, hope that helps.
