not able to switch to classic mode
the button to switch to classic mode is F1, but on my laptop that button also makes my laptop screen go to sleep. so when i try to switch modes, it turns my screen off and pauses the game (and doesn't switch the game mode).

did anyone else have this problem and can anyone help me figure out a way around it? i'm not sure of the best approach if there is one. thanks!

Does your laptop have an Fn key, usually near the bottom left? You might be able to toggle/hold that if your F keys double as other hotkeys.

Sometimes you need to press Alt and the F key together, sometimes it's Fn and the F key together. Depends on the game for my laptop. Makes Minecraft keybinds require almost a full hand when I'm playing with mods.

the shift key might also work. on my laptop that im sitting on the couch with with so many fun keyboards I can press Shift+f1 and it will avoid bringing up this help screen that it would otherwise do. playing on a laptop is fine.
