I was able to complete the tutorial but whenever starting a new game, the screen is blank. When I CTRL+TAB though, I can see the game in the Windows 11 taskbar preview so it is only blank when trying to view in fullscreen. Is there a way to fix this?

Hi! Long story short, is there any way to increase the build speed of buildings? Including hacks, cheats, changes to .ini files, etc. In many cases, the game seems flawed in how slowly building are constructed. Even when considering aspects like construction office placement, tropicans' housing relative to the construction office, etc. I've found that the scenario "Another Fish in the Sea" is not possible for me to finish only due to small buildings potentially taking years to finish....
