If you should get softbanned in the future from invalid items, you can try and contact Bandai Namco support. They can lift a softban in cases like yours.
And, frankly, even if you can open your inventory, do you really wanna sit there and delete who knows how many items?
Anyway, now you know how important it is to make game save backups for any game you can, especially if they connect to other people you don't personally know and trust... That's one of the first things I do with practically every game I own. Find out where the save is stored, write a script to make a backup with a button press. And, to restore a backup with another button.
