Do not play mods online. This is a reason for ban.

I mean, the description of this mod says it's safe, i don't like to play with mods, but knowing that anyne can F*ck up my save isn't very nice.

It may be possible, but you don't know what kind of files the mods carry. If you get banned for this, blame yourself. There is no official mod support for this game.

the mod is three years old at this point and no one has gotten banned by it
Blue Acolyte wont get you banned and is completely safe to use. It is likely a server or connection issue.

Never play online with mods, unless you don't care about a "soft ban"

dont listen to these guys theyre ignoring the fact ur asking about blue acolyte which they clearly dont know anything about and are fear mongering against any mods
blue acolyte is purposefully designed for online play, everything it does is to safeguard against hackers and provide quality of life features for multiplayer sessions

ive used blue acolyte since it was released, and have some texture mods i always play with, i even use a script to prevent soul absorption like the agape ring to free up a ring slot
the only mods u shouldnt play online with are ones that drastically alter the game/mechanics, things like blue acolyte and texture mods that dont directly change how the game plays are safe to use

Nope, I don't really ever pvp or care about these games when it came to the online features. People can play how they want, I'm not Ubisoft or Sony lol.

thats a shame since ds2 is the best pvp the souls franchise has, not perfect and has its own issues but compared to every other games pvp scene theres nothing better to get into it with than ds2

I agree, it wasn't too bad. Ds3 pvp was buggy as anything, if you played at high level play the exploits were gross.
