Help!

If the game does not start or crashes, try one of the following startup options:

-force-gfx-direct (Windows only)
-force-d3d9

If that does not work, disable your Antivirus / Defender.

------------------------------

If you play on the Mac: Verify the data.

------------------------------

The window will be created as a a pop-up window (without a frame).
-popupwindow

MacOS couldn't launch the game.Crash at the title screen.Could u check it out?

I had this problem (MacBook Pro 2015 13") . Verifying game integrity fixed it for me.

hi i have tried the force thing above and it still crashes once i start it

Where can we get crash reports on mac? My game now crashes on the Eggcode startup screen every time, even after verify and redownloading the game.

Hmm strange.
Have you already tried to start the game with the following startup option?

-force-d3d9

The game crash always when i start a new game after the first page of tutorial

Strange. You can deactivate the tutorial in the game options.
Try it.

After creating a character infinite loading. I changed the language, reinstalled the game, downgraded graphics, game it is not loading.
