I've got a run going in casual mode, where Crossroads 3 unlocks after getting 10 treasures in twenty different lands and Hell unlocks after getting 10 treasures in forty different lands, and I am at 23 lands completed. The world overview screen shows Crossroads 3 as unlocked, but I have spent over a half hour searching for it (mostly in hunting grounds and prairie, but also a variety of different lands) and have never seen it. Lots of Crossroads 2 and 1, some 4, some 5. No 3. Never 3....
